The Stirling salesman knew very little about the car I was interested in and even got the maths wrong on the initial quote. I felt like the focus quickly shifted away from me as the customer, which was disappointing. I then got in touch with Michael at Arnold Clark in Paisley. One phone call and a same-day meeting later, my Honda Civic Sport was purchased — that’s how it should be done. Michael showed genuine interest from the start. He knew the car inside out, answered every question confidently, and went the extra mile to make me feel like I was his most important customer. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and actually enjoyable. I honestly can’t thank him enough. Even for a Yorkshire fella, he’s done me right 👍 Top-class service
