The sales team was perfectly nice right up until the finance was approved. After that, the service plummeted. Despite knowing I was traveling 250 miles to collect the car, it took them two days just to 'book me in' for a pickup. The day before of pick up, had to pressure them to give me a time. It was a nightmare just to get an appointment out of them. To make matters worse, they refused to provide an invoice for the first service they allegedly performed, telling me I 'donโt need it' despite my requests for my own records. They offered two years of free servicing, but I wonโt be using it. I have zero confidence in their work and am now worried about my 5-year warranty being valid , so I booked up a service with Hyundai UK just to be safe. Truly horrendous customer service. The car is good tho, well itโs not yet 2 years old. The lady Alex who served me on the of the pick up was really nice, itโs more like the company who letโs you down , not the employees.
The salesman Richard Ainsworth was professional, knowledgeable, patient answering all my questions.Kept me updated as to the progress of my car coming from Scotland really did go the extra mile. Helped with all the paperwork so it was a seamless and stress free experience. Thank you
