Olivier Njake - he was great. So kind and helpful and checked in the right amount, making sure I was kept up to date! He reminded me about Accist which I had forgotten about when my car was written off and got my chosen new car to Doncaster so fast, made sure it was sparkly clean and I do feel he couldn’t have done more! Enjoy the choccies, you were amazing! The car is spot on and I haven’t had a bad experience buying from Arnold Clark yet - and despite this being an impromptu car buying experience due to the write off, the process was made simple and easy and stressful free which is exactly what I needed after my month from hell!
Had an amazing experience buying a Honda Civic 2018 1.6 dtec SR from this dealership! Paul was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. The vehicle was flawlessly detailed, and the entire finance paperwork process was smooth and quick. Highly recommend
