There were a couple of minor issues regarding missing equipment, which to be fair to AC were resolved when I pointed them out. The initial click and collect process was stressful as I was told the department was due to close for four days due to staff shortages. Again to be fair to AC the area manager gave up his Saturday day off to conclude the deal with me. I had to approach AC directly to achieve this. My biggest issue is that AC did mot obtain ownership of the Tesla App from the the previous owner meaning they were unable to transfer it to me. Anyone who owns a Tesla will be aware of the importance of having access to the app. I now have to wait for my V5 to arrive before I can contact Tesla directly to have the app transferred to my ownership. Technically someone else has information via the app about vehicle location and my address. I tried to explain the GDPR issues involved with AC but they appear unaware of the gravity of this breech. As if yet I still haven't received the V5
2nd car purchase I felt welcomed with friendly staff that help and went beyond to get my agreement finalised swiftly even with a few bumps along the way. Like to say big thanks to James (Southampton C&C) & Shaun (Liverpool branch) for their input and calmness to help resolve a pre sales agreement change on collection to find a solution. Recommend
