Made contact with Stuart Wilson at BYD Perth, he was honest and concise and gave us information about the car we liked. He talked through the deals available and then put together the package that suited us best. At handover he was again very forthcoming and completed all the paperwork without any issues and had me away with the car within an hour. Top class service and dealings with Stuart.
A massive thank you to Nicole - Chertsey branch. I had a ding on my new car and no one had a matching paint touch up pen despite me searching many sites. The car I bought was handed over perfectly by the team from Faez and Sunny the branch manager. The aftersales experienced with Nicole going out of her way to arrange touch up paint pen so I can get the ding fixed is incredible. Dont expect such a prompt service these days but she has made a huge difference and speed of service by the team was outstanding!. Thank you so much!
I wanted to look at a few cars re the practicalities. I felt emotionally guilt tripped for not buying one. A salesman told me repeatedly it was 'disappointing'. His tone made me feel so uncomfortable. I need a new car but want time to look rather than being forced to sit down and shown a screen of options I can see on my phone. They also wanted my national insurance number for a test drive. That's beyond what's reasonable for GDPR info gathering.
