Got my A class serviced and MOT'd from Mercedes Dundee, they collected and dropped off my car where I was greeted by a well presented driver and very professional. Service and MOT was carried out and I was updated through the process via a video from the mech working on my car and the customer service rep dealing with me. Very happy with the service I received and will be returning to have any future work done by this garage. Delt with alot of Arnold Clark garages in the past where I have been left disappointed however this garage is nowhere near your topical AC garage they are a credit to Arnold Clark.

All staff were friendly, knowledgeable & keen to help. Loved the car, so nice to drive and as a result I have ordered. Such a contrast to a visit to a competitor’s dealership today. Went to look at the cars they had at Arnold Clark Burton on Trent We got talking to Raj Singh the salesman What he did was personally walk us around the site . We told him our wish list and he sorted it out for us. He managed to get us a car while h we were able to pick up the same day. We did have a slight issue with the car and got back in contact with Raj and he was able to get this sorted apparently it's a know fault on the car and it's got to go into the dealership. Raj has arranged for us to have a courtesy car on the day it goes in
