My husband & I were in the market for a new van .. when we visited Ford we were offered a test drive in a PHEV.vehicle something we haven’t considered but were impressed by . A lot think about . Conor checked in with us a few weeks later and I went back for a test drive myself .. after more chats we decided the best option was to order a new van . We were given an estimated time of arrival and once the van arrived we were able to collect it very quickly . It really was a seamless process .. no pressure just advice and information .. really pleased with our choice
The salesmen, Ben and Jon, were fine. Helpful and knowledgeable. The only comment on me experience was the fact that you do not have a showroom! Obviously buying second hand I wouldn't expect it but If I was buying a new car I wouldn't think that would enhance the experience. Standing in the rain, and on a gravel yard, not even a tarmac surface I found pretty unpleasant.
Excellent customer service at TrustFord in Hillington Park, Glasgow. Graeme was the used car specialist that i dealt with and it was a pleasure to deal with him. All the staff were welcoming and i would recommend it to everyone when seeking a new or used car. Many thanks, i am over the moon to be back on the road in such a timely fashion. Superb!
Was really impressed with whole experience Nick the salesman came out to us and asked what we were looking for as there wasn't the exact car in the forecourt we were looking for he took us into the office and he found us our perfect car which just happened to be exactly what we was looking which was the first one he found in another branch not pushy at all a first class perfect experience throughout Thankyou
You couldn't make it up... Buy a car from Trust Ford & within 2 hours of getting home it won't go in reverse... Its been with them 6 weeks tomorrow & returned to me today at work.... I Park it up & left work a few hours later,guess what clutch is slipping now going forward & managed to get home with the kangaroo clutch slip,got to my drive & tried to reverse & no reserve gear again... How can 2 companies get it so wrong Car was purchased from Trust ford Wilmslow Cheshire, returned to Trust ford Erdington, sent to Hyundai Sutton Coldfield, sent back to me & worse than originally purchased.. They don't care... take your money & fob you off please share & don't trust biggest Ford dealership in this country
We bought a used 22 plate Ford Fiesta at the end of January, unaware at the time that our potential purchase was essential for their end of month figures. We had informed them at the time of viewing the car that we had an event on the following day and due to work commitments, we wouldn't be able to collect the car until the following week. The salesman, although very pleasant, asked if we could collect it the following morning before we attended our event which in itself was some distance away. We eventually agreed and quickly sorted the paperwork for the following day. At the time, we felt that everything was rushed just to get the end of the month figures. The vehicle itself is very nice however, 2 weeks later, I decided to give it a clean inside and out only to find various items left in the vehicle from the previous owner(lip balm under the seat, parking tickets in the glove box etc). Not a massive issue however I expected more from Ford.
