Staff are very friendly and not pushy at all, which makes the experience enjoyable. It has been nearly 40-years since I last owned a Ford and I have been very impressed with the level of discount given by the dealership and the build quality of my Ford Explorer. Barbara in particular always responded almost immediately to any questions I had raised either by mail or phone and kept me informed of progress.
I have been going to ford mallusk for quite a few vehicles now, always pleased with the service from Chris Kelly, sales executive and my last purchase he is now sales manager! The Service for my latest purchase has been equally good with Charlotte Walker sales executive! Thats why i keep coming back!
