Massive incompetence from start to finish. Staff are apologetic but just too many mistakes. Car damaged when we went to collect the car. Went home without the car. Repair was done twice due to a bad spray job. When the car was finally delivered to my address the rear sensors don’t work. You can’t make it up!
We have recently purchased a used vehicle from Evans Halshaw (Stourbridge) the sales person we dealt with was Linda Collins, who was polite, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Linda made it a seam free, easy, enjoyable experience, she talked us through all the options and explained everything in great detail.
