Every time I visit for a service or anything related, the front desk staff come across as rude and unprofessional. During my visit today, I approached the desk and was clearly seen, yet the staff member continued her conversation with a colleague and then walked away without acknowledging me. When she eventually did, her manner was dismissive and gave the impression she couldn’t be bothered. I’ve previously had a negative experience with another staff member, although on that occasion her manager was helpful and resolved the issue. However, to return today and be met with the same cold attitude is very disappointing. I love my car, but I genuinely dread bringing it in to Kia Stourbridge because of the service experience.
Recall and work completed regarding the letter we received. Additional query was checked and although the technician did not find this, we were informed that the EV software update should address this. If not, we were informed that we should arrange an appointment for a technician and I to drive the car to identify this.
Blooming Traffic! I usually finish my volunteer role at 16:30 ish, and escape the town centre before the real rush, when it can take half an hour to do the 300 yards to get to the road home. I was late finishing, traffic was awful and I wasn't sure if there would be anyone about to deal with me and I could get my car back. There was and I did. The staff were kindness itself as always. No waiting at a windy bus stop for a bus that comes when there's a "z" in the month!
Purchased a brand new car from them in September 2025. This was a fully electric car. It stopped charging in December so took it back to the dealership. Customer service was terrible . It seemed as soon as they got the sale they didn’t want to know . Updates were rubbish and got one single text message once a month or so saying ‘they are still waiting for the part’. It needed a brand new charging system . After 15 weeks they said the car was finally ready. I went to pick it up and was truly disappointed that they’d had it that long and hasn’t bothered to wash it or clean it inside. It was dirty and dusty. Bearing in mind it had been sat there for months . As I was leaving the dealership I went to wash my windows as they was so dirty and there was no water in the windscreen washer! I had to stop and ask one of the repair men to put me some water in. Truly disappointed and for my next car I will not be going there!
