Imran Moosa the Salesman is a professional, not pushy, very helpful and honest. He even gave me additional advice wrt my very old car! He calmly showed me all the features of the car. When I test drove the car he knew when to talk to me without distracting me. Throughout the financial transaction he was calm and polite! Even in the last minute when I was about to take my new car he noticed that one of the lights was not working! Imran made sure that it was fixed at the next available slot! I would definitely recommend Imran when buying a car! Great Customer service and respectful! I would not hesitate to buy from him, again!
I had my car serviced by a garage and they told me that there was a leak on the gearbox and take it to Evans Halshaw as it was still under warranty. I booked an appointment with the service department and dropped the car off, I told the service advisor about the leak. The next day she phoned to say that the leak was from the engine and running down onto the gearbox, I said that the other garage had noticed the leak and that Evans Halshaw were a professional company and don't take any notice of what other garages say. It then took another 2 days for her to phone and tell me it was not covered by the warranty and it would cost £850 to repair, I asked if I could collect the car and she said yes but I had to pay £180 diagnostic fee. I emailed to let her know what time I would be picking the car up, on arrival she was nowhere to be seen, I paid and the invoice mentioned about being professional, I went straight back to the other garage who put the car on the ramp and recorded under the car, showing the leak at the front from the gearbox and also the minimal leak from the engine and also photos, one of the 2 different types of oil. I then went back and showed the recording to which they said it would not be covered by the warranty, eventually emailed and spoke to the service manager who after a few emails said he would take the £180 off and repair for £450, I once again asked about the warranty and he said it's wear and tear so not covered, had the work done even though it was finished a day later Bedford very careful of this department, as service advisor was very rude and condescending and also once they have your phone number on the system they don't answer
