Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional technician called chris mennell that came and did the wet timing belt and service. Really polite and Really looked after my property. Cleaned up after himself. And Really quick and efficient. Thanks to chris and Thanks to trust ford. Well done and keep up the good work
We had already looked at various cars on Auto Trader and spotted one in Mallusk so went to inspect. First impressions were good as a receptionist greeted us and directed us towards Neil Anderson. Explained what I wanted and said it was likely the car was in the showroom. I was shown the car in question and had a brief test drive, which was brilliant. I was offered other cars to look at should I wish but none really caught my eye. Sat down to discuss details. Neil was upfront regarding the extortionate tax band it fell under to make me well aware that I wouldn't be caught out. The deal was then sealed, no hard sell just an explanation of extras on offer some of which I accepted and others I declined. Collected the car two weeks later as agreed and this was followed up by an agreed courtesy call a few days later. It's the first car I've bought in 8 years or so was well impressed by the level of service as well as the total lack of a hard sell etc. many thanks
There was a few hic-ups in buying my new car, but the issues were sorted. It was nice to only deal with one person. He was very professional at all times & I would definitely like to deal with him again. This is my second car from TrustFord & will definitely be using them again.
