Repeatedly trust ford failed to communicate and help with getting call-out engineers to help with vehicle problems. My calls and emails were ignored. Information wasn’t provided when needed. One of our vehicles was overfilled with oil to the point it was smoking and I had to email multiple times before getting any response as to why our vehicles were left worse off than before. Terrible customer service.
I had a really pleasant experience from start to finish. Richard was incredibly helpful and provided clear, complete guidance, which made everything feel simple and stress-free. The whole process went smoothly and quickly, and within just a few days I already had the car! Thank you so much for the excellent service it’s truly appreciated.
The communication throughout was extremely poor. I emailed yesterday and like many others, it had not been answered. I had to ask for help three times on my first visit. The staff just didn’t seem bothered. The deal I got and the car is l good, but I really don’t rate the customer service at all. The whole experience at Huddersfield TrustFord was just really disappointing.
