My wife and I have had more than a few cars from Trust Ford . Our experiences have been very good with them . From new cars and used cars with PCP . Our latest acquisitions are with the used car department via Dipesh and Geoff / Jeff . We now have a Ford Kuga FHEV and a Kia Picanto 3 Automatic to see us through the next four years , God willing. My experience with them is a very good one and I appreciate their friendly manner and advice. We knew what we wanted and they provided it nicely. Both me and my lovely wife are pleased with everything and all being well , we will continue with Trust Ford , Edgware . Thank you Dipesh and Jeff .
Still waiting for an explanation of why no work was done on my car all day when I had it booked in for 8:45am. At work today I received notification of a voice mail. Couldn't understand a word of it. Very useful. Nothing but muttered and garbled noise. Called the number back, got passed round the houses. Left a message for Diego to call me back. Remember, this is TrustFord, no callback.
Over all the TrustFord( Glasgow) experience was very high indeed , I must mention the service advisor I dealt with was exceptional Stephanie Brown showed everything that a employer would wish for , coming from a customer driven background where over a 38 year period of service customer satisfaction was drummed into us from day one , she greeted me with a warm friendly smile offering me a refreshment from the coffee/ tea machine ,she knew my req and my name , I was impressed by her manners and her attitude to her job. Sadly seems to be lacking nowadays elsewhere , I was given a courtesy car for the day which was of great use to me , I was later contacted that day informing that my car was ready and ready for collection , Stephanie offered to have the car washed and hoovered but I declined this due to myself hading done this the day before . I would like to thank Stephanie and all other staff for a overall courteous experience
Our experience was initially really good. Sam found the car we wanted and we test drove another model. This was bank Holiday Friday. We arranged to take delivery a week from the Monday. All communication then stopped. My husband and I wanted to at least see and test drive the actual car we were buying. So we went on the Wednesday to see if we could arrange this. As Sam was off Felix stepped in but the car wasn't there till the Thursday. We then went to test drive and see it but there were a few issues, one being a small rip in the back of the passenger seat. Felix assured us this would be fixed by Monday but it wasn't so didn't pick up till Wednesday. Sam was on the ball that day and we took delivery. Generally we are really happy with the car as we were led to believe it was top spec and it has alot but since we've had it a little while my husband has discovered that it doesn't have rain sensitive windscreen for the wipers. Our old 2019 Kuga had this brilliant function and we really miss it despite no rain since we've picked it up. To round it up we found it all very stressful as I'm disabled and we had to do all the running as we just seemed to be forgotten about. Sam and Felix were good but no communication between any of them from the initial contact with Sam.
