The communication throughout was extremely poor. I emailed yesterday and like many others, it had not been answered. I had to ask for help three times on my first visit. The staff just didn’t seem bothered. The deal I got and the car is l good, but I really don’t rate the customer service at all. The whole experience at Huddersfield TrustFord was just really disappointing.

There seemed to be long delays at the Ford storage facility which wasn't great (especially when the direct Ford website promises early delivery on their stock locator when completing the specification of the car you want.

Im very happy with the service I received from mikey in the mobility compartment. He helped guide me to what type of vehicle I needed for my son, I couldn't thank him enough.
