Not impressed. Bought two cars from these guys and both have been poor. On arrival the car was dirty, un prepared. The body work had scuffs over the paintwork which we delayed our day by an hour waiting for them to be polished out. They are still present and require paint. However we were advised the car was in great condition. Health checked the car in our own workshop after being advised the car is fully checked over. It needs new front discs and pads, they replaced two tyres with the cheapest you can buy whilst leaving the others with Continentals. The car purchased is not a slow car, regular car - This is a performance vehicle. Skimping on tyres, brakes two major safety items of a car as well as letting it go needed a service - show poor prep standards. They are adamant prices are firm because of how well the prep stock etc etc. However prep is poor, presentation was poor and I am not sure how they sell as many cars as they do because they are not as good as they make out on the phone. If you are not fussy and don't mind the bare minimum buy from them, If you want well prepped cars then steer clear. Would never normally leave a negative review. Two bad experiences means I felt we should to save others a trip. We will not be buying another from them.
I was sold a hybrid vehicle that had a fault with the battery, meaning I cannot use it in pure EV mode. This was not picked up on the checks that are supposed to be done before the sale (or was simply ignored). It has been two and a half months since purchasing the vehicle and it is still not sorted. The communications at every step have been absolutely shambolic and I have no intention of ever purchasing another car from this business ever again.
