We had a really difficult time with a previous lease hire company, ending up months without a car. I was able to sit with Kev, see what vehicles where available, set a date I'd like it for and was really pleased to pick the car up on date agreed. Kev was fantastic at communicating with me and kept me updated. Great handover, easy, no waiting around! Overall spot on experience. I finally have the EV I wanted on the deal I was looking for.
