Absolutely outstanding service from Callum Talbot at Arnold Clark from start to finish. I recently purchased a brand new BYD Sealion 5 and Cal made the whole experience smooth, stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, he took the time to explain everything properly, kept us updated throughout and made sure we were looked after every step of the way. What stood out most was how approachable and knowledgeable he was. Buying a new car can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially with all the new technology involved, but Cal was patient, professional and went above and beyond to help with every question we had. The car itself is amazing and we’re over the moon with it, but the level of customer service is what really made the experience stand out. A real credit to Arnold Clark and someone who genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend asking for Cal if you’re looking at getting a new car.
The entire process was made very easy and the sales tactics employed did not feel pushy or desperate in any way. The vehicle is in great condition and, barring a couple of minor inconveniences, it truly is an exceptional vehicle. My rating would have been 5 stars, however it appears that one of the listed features, namely the wireless charging plate for my mobile phone, does not appear to charge my device and I suspect that the vehicle does not actually have this feature and does not appear to have been tested and checked accordingly and instead the claim of this feature seems to have been based on what the model is meant to have rather than what it actually has.
Excellent and efficient service. I booked an appointment online in the early hours for 9am at the Manchester branch. The inspection was conducted swiftly and the offer price which was significantly higher than all competitors was honoured. Paperwork signed and keys handed over; I was on my way in around 15 minutes! The money landed in my bank account a couple of days later. The representative who dealt with me, Adam Senior, was friendly, polite and helpful. I could not find fault with the entire process from start to finish.
We walked in at Anorld Clark with intentions to just window shop with my Sister,only to find our selves signing the papers .Abul is a great consultant/sales person , the whole process went smooth with very creamy latte Abul made us 😛.The car was shiny,clean and the scent inside was wow!Professionally,Abul explained in detail everything I guess I was supposed to know and he also worked with my budget as much as possible to make the purchase successful.I am so grateful to Abul who is so helpful, knowledgeable ,professional and willing to go an extra mile.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anorld Clark to others
