Bought a nearly new car just over a week ago all went well but I was promised a spare key for the car and I’m still waiting for a replacement or better still a response from Arnold Clark to see were and what is happening regarding this key which was supposedly being sent from Scotland to Liverpool it must be getting delivered by a snail I’ve sent messages and even called in still no key 🔑 starting to get a little irritated with Arnold Clark not the first time this has happened to me get your finger out Arnold Clark please
*DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE" horrendous experience, car returned, known fault before sale, horrendous customer service and communication from branch and there head office, zero empathy or compensation despite myself being without a vehicle for 8 weeka after having the car only daysf. Not sure how they have 4.7 review their service and not department is absolute joke I have dacia in liverpool and been using dacia Kia branch nearly the docks in Liverpool and this is the last time I will deal with them been coming here because the service history of my dacia but not worth the stress u booking your car for 8 in the morning weeks in advance and your car won’t be still done till end of the day for one service oil and filters absolute joke if I knew the dacia branch will be owned by Arnold clark I won’t never buy car the worst company in uk never ever deal with them and the problem is they have monopoly in liverpool over huge brands avoid avoid avoid them
