We had actually found the same car and spec elsewhere for less, but the way Victory handled everything, his transparency and support, made us feel much more comfortable buying through him, even at a higher price. He also made the trade-in process really straightforward, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. From first visiting the showroom to driving away in the new car and trading in the old one, everything was smooth and took just over two weeks. The support from John in the parts team was also excellent, getting our mats and accessories fitted before collection, which we really appreciated. The car was fresh, shiny, and very well presented on collection. Overall, it’s the best car buying experience we’ve had, and that’s entirely down to Victory, a name that lives up to the experience.
