Scott Fuller looked after us from enquiry to delivery and making sure that I was happy and confident in changing from a manual to an automatic with new technology that an old guy like me would get lost in. Scott was ready to answer any questions I had and wouldn’t leave me to it until I was happy. Definitely recommend Arnold Clark
Absolutely disgusting the way I have been treated by Arnold Clark Peugeot Hamilton Road. I purchased a car, a fault occurred two weeks into having the car. Booked into the workshop shop and nearly 2 weeks later it’s still there! No courtesy car, no apology no updates on when I will get the car back! Rotten customer service, take your money and no aftercare. Stay well away!
Yes, I’m absolutely delighted with my vehicle purchase from Arnold Clark Luxe Glasgow The car is incredible — genuinely the best car I’ve ever driven and I’m honestly speechless. A huge thank you to James, the sales manager who looked after us. He made the whole process so easy, smooth and stress-free, and nothing was too much trouble. His help and professionalism was amazing from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Arnold Clark Luxe to anyone looking for a car. Thank you ag
Arnold clark Wigan Renault admitted to selling a car that has now had a clutch fail from a defect well within its 60,000 mile warranty. Admittedly the car was bought November 2022 but it was bought BRAND NEW with delivery miles on the clock only. The car in question (Dacia Jogger 2022 petrol) has this well documented issue of the clutch failing before 40,000 miles for that variety or model yet claim that in my case getting 32,500 miles out of a clutch fresh from the factory is "good". Andrew Mason the service manager told me to seek advice from the motoring ombudsman, yet Arnold Clark are not an accredited company with the motor Ombudsman. I informed him of this and he refused to become accredited. Had I known this, I would have avoided this company like the plague and suggest others do too as you have no protection in cases like this. I have evidence photos of communication from Mr Mason admitting the part failed due to a defect along with his direction to the motor Ombudsman, the motor Ombudsman response and Mr Mason's refusal to become accredited so this matter could be pursued. Shame really as in my job I am always asked for recommendations on where to buy a vehicle and now after this treatment from Arnold Clark has made me encourage my clients away from them rather than towards them so they don't get stung as I have been
