The staff are the absolute best! In particular, my family and myself trust Alan every time! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Helps me pick all the correct products, made the full transaction seamless, and isn't a pushy salesman at all. Would definitely recommend to everyone getting a new car.
I recently purchased a brand new Van from Arnold Clark, the Van was at their branch in Elgin, Scotland. They arranged for it to be transported to Nottingham, which was a more convenient place for me to collect it, there was no problems, communication was good from start to finish & I am very happy with the vehicle.
The whole experience was so easy and stress free. It was actually enjoyable I spoke to two colleagues both calledJack from the Leeds branch and they were amazing i gave a description of what i wanted and within a week i had my car it was all done online and over the phone and when i saw the car in person it was even better than I imagined 🙂
Sale of astra fell through due to idiot salesman at another dealer so decided to buy new glasses advertised but shocked at amount offered for unmarked low mileage Corsa 19 almost £2000 less than motor moola or even we buy any car but being disabled need a car and these companies means left with no transport at all so bought the golf and now feeling I have been robbed I broad day light. Promised a call back from sales manager at crow road Arnold Clark but no call ever received so uncaring greedy attitude exists here
