Overall, I had a very positive experience with Arnold Clark. The process was smooth and everything was well explained. Christian Walker was very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. He made everything easy and stress-free. I am very happy with my MG and the service I received.
Faulty sensor showing up within 48 hours of getting car, rocket cover leaking oil, green mould mildew on car doors and mirrors, parking brake button broken. Misaligned boot, think it's the feet worn on the boot door need replacing. Scuffs and scratches not sorted as had been told. Plus point was they changed the worn leather steering wheel or recovered it.
All the team at Arnold Clark in Altrincham were fantastic especially Imogen who we were dealing with we told her what we were after and she had great knowledge of the vehicles on site. Smooth from start to finish and great communication from them. The app is great too to upload documents and get things moved quicker
