It's my 4th time buying a car at Arnold Clark and the second time Wayne has sorted this for me. He is so helpful, honest and friendly and really reassures you. I get so anxious when even just entering the showroom but he puts you at ease, listens to your requirements and gives good advice. Always been satisfied with the service there. Thank you!
My consultant was Lee, and he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He responded to my calls and emails promptly, so I never had to wait long for updates. The app is also very user‑friendly — you don’t need to be an expert to navigate it. Overall, it was a great experience, especially considering this was my first time buying a car.

Extremely personable, listens to the customer, knowledgeable about the product and offers proposals within the remit you spoke about. Great service.
