Hi Arnold shark again,I made a inquiry about a golf r in Linwood VW first nobody even phoned me to talk about the car second all I got was a email to value my P/X and as usual it was a low ball offer Third I made a counter offer and still nobody contacted me, absolutely terrible customer service
The excellent customer service I received from Stephen. He explained each step clearly and was extremely professional. He kept me informed throughout my purchase and helped me with the technical side of the purchase. His follow up was excellent too ensuring I was happy with the car and did have any questions.
It's my 4th time buying a car at Arnold Clark and the second time Wayne has sorted this for me. He is so helpful, honest and friendly and really reassures you. I get so anxious when even just entering the showroom but he puts you at ease, listens to your requirements and gives good advice. Always been satisfied with the service there. Thank you!
