I’ve been dealing with Tom at Arnold Clark for quite some time now and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Every time I’ve gone through him, he’s been professional, friendly and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Tom takes the time to explain everything properly and never makes you feel pressured into anything. He always finds the best options available and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone in car sales who is this trustworthy and consistent.
I purchased my vehicle from LUXE Glasgow. Several videos were taken to show me the condition of the car. Adrian kept in constant contact through the entire process. My car was delivered to Inverness Click and Collect where Darren did the exchange. The entire process was stress free and I can’t recommend both Adrian and Darren enough. If you are looking for a new car speak to either of these chaps, they will look after you.
