I purchased a Cupra Born from Arnold Clark Cupra at Seafield Edinburgh. The test drive and subsequent discussions on the part exchange value of my Audi was dealt with very positively by Craig Lumsden and Rory Mackinnon. Their customer service was excellent. The collection day of the car was also very efficient and the car has been faultless. There was an issue with the finance company, VW Financial Services, where they set up the finance incorrectly. After a while Garrett O’Hanlon, the General Sales Manager at Arnold Clark got involved and resolved the situation. Would I recommend Arnold Clark Seafield Edinburgh? Yes, I would. Their customer service for the purchase was excellent, the issue with the finance company was resolved efficiently by the General Sales Manager. If you’re looking to buy a Cupra, then give Craig or Rory a call.
