My experience at Waylands Bristol could have been better because the sales person seemed very busy and fully engaged on other customers. I had to query a few things such as warranty, free volvo service plan offer for new cars and never received such replies. I clarified said points with salesperson when I spoke with them near the end to discuss payment and delivery. Furthermore no one from Waylands has called me since I purchased the volvo from new 2 months ago. I live in Norfolk nowhere near their showroom otherwise I would have popped I. But yet again it was me initiating contact. I do have an issue with my new car ,namely the remote entry fob does not work all of the time . I have been waiting for them to call to discuss .
My experience at Waylands Bristol could have been better because ensuring cat was cleaned, do the actual checks advertised on website before car delivery, better engagement to resolve issues, do not fob off customers because sales is completed and more. Customers should not be out of pocket fixing issues dealership should have addressed before delivering car. I would avoid them
I would not recommend Waylands Bristol because the seats were dirty on arrival, The cost of the clean took a long time to recover, the logbook was not provided until later and the book had not been stamped with recent service, the promised 2 year warranty was not provided (eventually received an additional 1-year Waylands warranty). Problems with vehicle within a few weeks of purchase resulting in significant costs (possibly due to inadequate maintenance checks by Waylands).
I had a great experience at Waylands Bristol because they dealt with y issue very effectively - i got my new car home whch came from swindon and there was aproblem with the boot - it made a terrible noise when opening and closing - bristol had the car in as soon as was convenient for me to fix it
