The experience at Waylands Bristol was fantastic because we had come straight from a different brand's dealership where we experienced the exact opposite. When we came into Weylands Volvo, the staff could not have done any more for us and where extremely helpful throughout. The could wasn't as clean as we wold have liked, but that was a minor issue when compared to the overall 10/10 experience.
My experience at Waylands Bristol was memorable because the whole team that we met couldn’t help and assist us more The atmosphere whilst there was of a very relaxed professional manner and you were given time to make the right choice of vehicle We were introduced to several of the staff including Stuart overall manager who treated us so well We were mostly looked after by Abi in sales and her lovely friendly manner was a pleasure she was so easy to talk to and her product information and handover of my new car was faultless I’m a very happy customer Thankyou again Waylands Bristol
The experience at Waylands Bristol was fantastic because we had visited several other dealerships during our research into our next car purchase and encountered various salespeople of differing calibres. Tom at Waylands was the most approachable, knowledgeable and relaxed with a skill to gauge us and our needs very quickly, offering up the information most pertinent to us. This in contrast to a generic sales pitch or pushy hard sell we'd encountered elsewhere. Car buying with 2 small kids is a challenge so my husband and I ended up tag teaming visits to test drive. This was not a problem and then upon making our decision and instigating the purchase, the practical details of part exchange of our old car and collecting the XC40 was all trouble free.
My experience at Waylands Bristol was positive because of the attitude and approach of Mitchell Smith. There was no clock-watching or feeling of being rushed. I had a leisurely test drive and received professional advice regarding Volvo vehicles without sales pressure. I was treated courteously and all my questions were answered. I would definitely use Waylands Bristol again.
