Very happy with the overall service and professionalism of the team at Vertu Lincoln when I purchased my Tiguan. I dealt with Francesca who was professional, informative and personable throughout. Of course this needs to be backed up after purchase, especially if there are any problems that later manifest, but I have no reason to doubt that I would still continue to receive great service. Very happy to recommend
Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln were fantastic because they made us feel very welcome, not too pressured. Listened carefully to all our questions and responded accordingly. The salesman, Roman, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Even when there was a complication in collecting our new vehicle, this was overcome to out satisfaction.
Very friendly staff, very accommodating, especially Tom who dealt with us, he did everything he could to get our perfect car ready in time for our baby arriving soon, no stress or worries at all and would definitely use VK Vertu Lincoln again! Thanks Tom and team! (Especially the two managers, really sorry can’t remember your names!)
I had a great experience at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln when buying the car. However, a couple of weeks later I was offered a Service pack (which I was interested in) but it seemed to cause some confusion. I have been waiting two weeks for Vertu Volkswagen to get back to me despite several reminders - not so good.
