I recently had my Mini Cooper S Motability Car in for its first service & I was informed that the front two tyres were very badly word & advised to be replaced. I contacted them & explained that as part of the Motability Scheme I am entitled to free tyre replacement so no need to change them & I would contact Kwik Fit to do this. I was very soon contacted to say that the dealership had gone to the nearest Kwik Fit to collect two new tyres & fit them for me on top of my service & car wash. I was so so impressed by the level of customer service & having had 10 Mini/BMW from the dealership in the past 22 years the service has always been incredible but this in particular was above & beyond anything I expected for which I am extremely grateful & impressed. Thanks to everyone at the Durham Vertu Mini dealership.
