I'd recommend Vertu MINI Durham to anyone because the customer service was amazing. Special thanks to Thomas who went above and beyond to make sure that the handover went smoothly. He handled all of my queries and even fitted my personalised number plates. I would definitely buy again from this dealership. Service was excellent - a “no pressure” buying experience. After trying several dealerships before buying Vertu Mini Durham far exceeded any other in courtesy, friendliness and efficiency.
My experience at Vertu MINI Durham was memorable because the salesman, Tom, went above and beyond to help us out. No pressure just professional guidance. A great experience, which is not always the case when visiting car showrooms. Overall could not be happier with our purchase.

I would not recommend Vertu MINI Durham because I was misled throughout the purchase. When I turned up to view the car, they increased the price by £1000. When I agreed to purchase the vehicle, I was promised that the stone chips on the vehicle would be repaired; this was not done when I picked up the vehicle and when I asked about it was told that they would not do this for me.
Vertu MINI Durham were great because from the initial contact, through to collection of the Car itself,Vertu Mini Durham were a pleasure to deal with.The purchase process was made easy by the staff, and from start to finish took less than a couple of days.The staff were knowledgeable when it came to the product itself,Finance all all the associated aspects of purchasing a car, and arranged delivery to my doorstep.Would have no qualms about recommending Mini Vertu Durham,and,have ended up with a great Car!
