Lack of transparency throughout the whole process was very stressful and has left me feeling anxious. No reciept for several days despite having paid for the car in full, a 2 year warranty, delivery and tax. No paperwork to back up claims of the major work that has been done on the vehicle. No pre-delivery inspection report. Delivery after 10 days nearly going to the wrong address as driver not given the updated one. Fresh straches and scuffs on the car seen and photographed by myself and the driver. The used car sales manager is disputing they are new ones. Frustration in not being able to speak to someone as you cannot get through to the sales are on the telephone. I have only had 2 conversations on the phone throughout the whole process and the phone has gone dead on me twice. I have been left ignored as my last email stating not all my issues have been addressed has not had a reply yet. 😪

Bought a used Ford focus from Trust Ford Edgware in May 2026. Couldn't have had a better salesman than in Jerry Lisles. I'd gone back to a manual after two automatics but realized my error a month later. Swapped it for a another focus but Automatic and Jerry Lisles looked after me again completely. Dealt with Jerry for both vehicles and was excellent. Highly recommend.
