I would just like to leave this review of my recent used car purchase from Trust Ford Stockport. I made an enquiry for a Used Ford Kuga I saw on Auto Trader and Cain from their sales dept quickly responded and sent me a video of the car answering all questions i had. I purchased the car and had a small issue which Cain quickly delt with and I have to say his service to me was 5 star and I'm very happy with my purchase.Nothing was too much trouble for Cain and he made the buying experience very good. I am very pleased with the car and experience with Trust Ford Stockport thank you Cain.
Service department, useless. Been waiting 3 month for them to get in touch regarding a wet belt change. 4 emails and 5 phone calls. Still waiting. Called again today regarding another wet belt replacement on another vehicle. Surprisingly, still waiting for the call back. This is Aberdeen.
