I had a really pleasant experience from start to finish. Richard was incredibly helpful and provided clear, complete guidance, which made everything feel simple and stress-free. The whole process went smoothly and quickly, and within just a few days I already had the car! Thank you so much for the excellent service it’s truly appreciated.
The communication throughout was extremely poor. I emailed yesterday and like many others, it had not been answered. I had to ask for help three times on my first visit. The staff just didn’t seem bothered. The deal I got and the car is l good, but I really don’t rate the customer service at all. The whole experience at Huddersfield TrustFord was just really disappointing.
Buying experience and delivery. Thanks Dan. Lots of effort made to obtain the car on time. There seemed to be long delays at the Ford storage facility which wasn't great (especially when the direct Ford website promises early delivery on their stock locator when completing the specification of the car you want.
