I was deceived into buying a 3 year service plan for my Ford Kuga which apparently does not include an oil and oil filter change even though the car sensors are warning to do this every time I turn the engine on. I was quoted to pay £160 in addition to the service plan to change the oil and filter which I had in writing, and the price suddenly jumped to £274 when I was dropping the car off. There is no consistency when you speak to one person about the job one day, and the next day you see someone one else at the desk who doesn't have a clue and there is not a manager in sight! Very poor service considering the name and I am very disappointed in this service plan in particular because my Ford service plan with Arnold Clark did what it said.
Mark the salesman made buying a new Ford Puma Gen-E Select a wonderful experience. Everything, including government grants and any other discounts available were handled by him impeccably. I would highly recommend TrustFord to anyone considering buying an electric car or any other car for that matter. Trading in our old car was simple and a fair price given. I love my new fully electric car, it is so simple to drive and unbelievably economical. Many thanks Mark for saving us a lot of money and making car buying a pleasure.
