Our experience was initially really good. Sam found the car we wanted and we test drove another model. This was bank Holiday Friday. We arranged to take delivery a week from the Monday. All communication then stopped. My husband and I wanted to at least see and test drive the actual car we were buying. So we went on the Wednesday to see if we could arrange this. As Sam was off Felix stepped in but the car wasn't there till the Thursday. We then went to test drive and see it but there were a few issues, one being a small rip in the back of the passenger seat. Felix assured us this would be fixed by Monday but it wasn't so didn't pick up till Wednesday. Sam was on the ball that day and we took delivery. Generally we are really happy with the car as we were led to believe it was top spec and it has alot but since we've had it a little while my husband has discovered that it doesn't have rain sensitive windscreen for the wipers. Our old 2019 Kuga had this brilliant function and we really miss it despite no rain since we've picked it up. To round it up we found it all very stressful as I'm disabled and we had to do all the running as we just seemed to be forgotten about. Sam and Felix were good but no communication between any of them from the initial contact with Sam.
