Extremely disappointed with the customer service from Porsche Nottingham. I have been trying to get assistance from the service department regarding a smashed panoramic roof on my Porsche Taycan Turbo. The roof was previously replaced by Porsche Nottingham, and the issue has occurred again. As the original work was carried out by the dealership, I believe this should be dealt with properly and investigated under warranty. Over the course of a week, I called approximately eight times and repeatedly asked to speak with Morgan in the service department. Every time I was told she was away from her desk, with a customer, or that she would call me back. Despite being promised callbacks on multiple occasions, nobody contacted me. What is most frustrating is not just the issue with the vehicle, but the complete lack of communication and customer care. When you purchase and maintain a premium vehicle through a premium brand, you expect a much higher standard of service. Instead, I have spent a week chasing answers and have been continually fobbed off. A warranty issue on a vehicle of this value should be taken seriously. Unfortunately, my experience with Porsche Nottingham has been poor, and the aftersales service has fallen well below the standards I would expect from Porsche. I hope someone from management takes the time to address this situation and contacts me with a proper resolution.
Avoid!!! ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with this Audi dealership has been deeply disappointing from start to finish. In March 2026, I purchased a brand-new Audi Q4 e-tron through my limited company on a Business PCP agreement. Within weeks of delivery, faults were identified and reported to the dealership. The vehicle required investigation and escalation to Audi Technical, yet despite the seriousness of the issues, I have been left dealing with ongoing delays, poor communication and a complete lack of ownership of the problem. What has been most frustrating is not simply the existence of faults – any manufacturer can encounter issues – but the way the situation has been handled. Rather than proactively resolving matters, I have experienced repeated delays and a lack of meaningful progress, despite maintaining my position from an early stage. Adding to this, as part of the sales process I was promised that a home EV charger would be installed within 10 days of purchase. Nearly three months later, this still has not been provided. I have written evidence of this commitment from the salesperson, yet the promise remains unfulfilled. The contrast between the premium customer experience sold at the point of purchase and the reality of the aftersales support could not be greater. When purchasing a brand-new premium electric vehicle, customers are entitled to expect both a reliable product and a dealership that stands behind its commitments. Unfortunately, I have received neither. I sincerely hope senior management review this matter and take steps to improve the way customers are treated when problems arise. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. Avoid at all costs!!
We received a warm welcome upon entering the dealership. Olivia (service) was quick to spot us and ensured the work on the car was done quickly and efficiently. It is hard to fault Stratstone BMW Doncaster - not that we would want to - and so when you have a dealership as good as this, you stick with them!
I purchased a new defender and it was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car, then a week after the purchase we found out that the car had not been registered to us and was not taxed. The head of business will not contact me, I have filled out 3 complaint forms, been on live chat since the 7th of May and nobody will make contact with me.
