AVOID!!! Very worrying experience. We went there with my husband to check a mazda 3.We were repeatedly given incorrect and inconsistent information about the car. We were told the vehicle had a fresh MOT, but when we checked the official MOT history in front of the salesman, it clearly showed the MOT ran until October. This was only acknowledged after we pointed it out. We were also told the car had service history, but the only genuine invoice available was from 2024. The rest was a handwritten list with no receipts, garage names, or proof, including a claimed recent service with no invoice at all. Most concerning was the deposit. We were clearly told a \xa3100 non-refundable deposit was required \u2014 both myself and my husband heard \xa3100. When it came to paying the \xa3100, this had suddenly changed to \xa3200, without explanation stating that we misheard and that's how much they always charge! This change in terms at the point of payment felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. Although the dealer initially agreed to carry out work, by that stage trust was completely lost due to the pattern of misinformation and shifting terms. We walked away and are glad we did, and bought the exact car at a better car dealer! Strong advice to others: Do not rely on verbal assurances. Independently check MOT history, demand documented service records, and be extremely cautious with non-refundable deposits.
Brought a car with a 3 month warranty. After one month the car wouldn't start. I live 80 miles away from the dealership. They wanted the car back to look at it. (Not really possible when the car doesn't start). So I had my local garage collect and replace the starter motor (\xa3750 cost). They would not cover this under the warranty and were extremely rude. I will not get a vehicle from them again as the customer service is virtually zero. Avoid this garage.
