I have no confidence in this outfit at all (1) Reserved a car but it was not available when I attended at the agreed time (2) Was promised a call to try to sort the issues out but nobody called - they claimed they tried, but only once (I actually think they forgot or couldn't be bothered) (3) Took several emails to get my deposit back - was told they had already processed it but miraculously was processed after I chased There are much more professional and competent dealers out there, suggest you find one
I had a truly wonderful experience with this car company. From the moment I spoke to them, they treated me with genuine kindness and understanding. I shared some personal challenges I’ve been going through, and instead of just focusing on business, they took the time to listen, support me, and even kept me in their prayers. That level of compassion is rare to find, and it meant more to me than words can express. Their professionalism, combined with such heartfelt care, really sets them apart. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking not just for great service, but for people who truly care.
Adam was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I booked in to test drive a car. Through to purchasing my car from Stellantis & You Redditch. He explained optional extras and finance options but wasn't overly pushy on them. Had a great experience using this dealership.
