Just bought and picked up a van from these guy's today,lovley van,good price and amazing customer service,everything went smooth and quickly,very informative and knowledgeable,easy to talk to with a good sense of humour.Both my husband and myself highly recommend to anyone,would deffo return when needed.Thanks guy's for everything \U0001f642 \u2026
Me and the wife went up there Saturday, the amount of stock they have is absolutely fantastic, told them what I wanted and within 5 mins I was sat in my perfect van, there prices are really good something for every budget I would say, if you need a van this is the place to come, you won't be disappointed, my wife and me certainly wasn't,.thanks guys will see you when we come to pick up our fantastic new van.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying a car from this dealer. I bought a van from them for \xa312,000 and the problems started on the way home. The vehicle began breaking down almost immediately. At first they completely ignored my messages and calls. Later they suggested sending the van to a \u201cgarage\u201d that would remove the DPF and AdBlue system, which is illegal in the UK. I did not spend \xa312,000 on a vehicle just to make illegal modifications to keep it running. When I asked for a refund, they refused and never properly repaired the vehicle. When I insisted on my rights and mentioned that I would report the situation, the conversation became threatening. I was asked if I had seen how many of their \u201cfriends\u201d were on the yard and whether I wanted them to come to my house. I waited two years before writing this review because I wanted to change my address first. In the end I had to repair the van myself, which cost me \xa34,500. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this dealer.
Wasted a few hours with this outfit enquiring about a vehicle. Look at the negative reviews and believe what\u2019s people say. The bloke I spoke to did everything to alienate me as possible customer. It worked. There is no way I would travel over an hour to buy something off this lot.
Avoid this dealer. Ron White Trading kept my \xa3999 deposit after failing to provide the full service history they advertised. When I asked for proof, Ben became abusive and aggressive\u2014in front of my teenage daughter. The van was not as described, the agreement was broken, and the deposit should have been refunded. I even found the missing service history myself by contacting Ford directly. Over 4000 people have viewed this review and chosen to go elsewhere. Refund my \xa3999 and I will update this review.
