You can believe the 5 star reviews. Just bought a Renault van from them. It was considerably cheaper than what I could get locally. Van was delivered (at a reasonable price) to Scotland in under 24hrs from payment. Communication from Josh was spot on and very helpful. Couldn't be happier. 👍

Been looking for a van for a few months and went to Ron White as we had been looking online at a few. Worth the hour drive. Had a good look around with out feeling rushed and test drove 2 vans. Could not decide on the day which one we wanted so paid a deposit and was given time to decide. Waited a couple of weeks to write review as we wanted to take it for a long run first. Been to Northumberland and back and loving the van. No issues happy customers 😀

excellent, we went up from Nottingham to look at a tourneo custom they were there to meet us. a very friendly chap went out for a drive with us the van was very clean and ran really well so I purchased it the same day it was exactly as described and he even put me on his insurance so I could drive home. highly recommend ron white cars I will be telling everyone I know. excellent experience thank you.

Still ripping customers off I see...This is not SPAM, please understand I am a disgruntled attempted purchaser who had his deposit retained for no good reason. I WANT MY \xa3999 DEPOSIT RETURNED TO ME!! I had my teenage daughter with me while he was being abusive. Disgusting!!.. Ben was verbally abusive and came across as quite threatening. This is no way to run a business. While I can still update my review to stay current and affect your dishonest selling. I will continue. Till you do the right thing and return my \xa3999 deposit. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Repay my deposit, I am still waiting for you to do the honest thing!!Heed the warnings folks. Ron White trading could not provide FSH for the van, you broke the agreement as the van was not as described. You could not prove FSH, instead tried to argue with a customer who asked a simple question. Over 3800+ views for this review now!.3800+ that have decided to go elsewhere. The email I sent was a polite approach to try and get my deposit back as I had to get the FSH as Ben from Ron Whites trading could/would not provide it. As stated the way they treated me as a custom I would not want to part with a further \xa39k and have deal with them again if there were further issues.Return my deposit, this review wiill be altered accordingly. AVOID!!!!!! Zero star rating.They could not provide evidence of the FSH. Quite an important bit of information when buying a vehicle. Avoid, read the reviews before buying. Paid a deposit on a van, went away double checked the advert. I asked for proof of FSH. Dealer could not provide it, one of the dealers (Ben)became abusive and aggressive. Telling me their mechanic said the van was fine. That is not proof, it was a simple question. I left with my request once the FSH is proved I will return... Advice given to me was avoid at all costs. If they treat customers like this imagine if I had an issue with this van in the future, I would not want to return. Please be warned, I didn't look close enough at the reviews. My mistake. Funny thing is I managed to find the missing Service history myself going direct to Ford. The way I've been treated I wouldn't buy anything from them. AVOID!!! don't make my mistake. I tried the polite approach initially hoping they would do the right thing, hence Ben's response below!! Now waiting for legal advice and going down the small claims court route. It may take a while but I will get my money back. Would happily revise this review if they return my deposit and do the honest thing and refund me. Over 3800 views now!.3800 + that have decided to go elsewhere. Repay my deposit, this review will be revised.

Extremely Poor Service, Unprofessional, and Discriminatory My experience with this company was not only incredibly disappointing but utterly unacceptable, resulting in a three-hour round trip for absolutely nothing. Given that this company sells Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), I expected a fundamental level of professionalism and sensitivity, which was entirely absent. We arranged a specific time to view a WAV vehicle and explicitly stated we needed a test drive, knowing we were travelling a significant distance. A Cascade of Failures The problems began immediately: Communication Breakdown: The day we were due to visit, I called several times as instructed but could not get through. It took an hour to finally get a call back and re-confirm our appointment. Wasted Time on Arrival: Despite confirming our appointment, we arrived at the lot—which had no staff present—at the agreed time. We had to call again, and an employee finally arrived 20 minutes later. Rudeness and Disrespect: The young man who showed us the vehicle was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He spent most of his time on his mobile phone and was dismissive not only about the vehicle but also about my disability, which is appalling from a WAV seller. Unacceptable Sales Tactics and Safety Refusal Refused Test Drive: After traveling three hours, we were refused a test drive because the company "didn't have insurance" for it—a complete contradiction to our pre-arranged booking. We were also told we couldn't test the lift or even touch some of the vehicle's features. High-Pressure, Unsafe Sale: When we pressed about the test drive, the staff member astonishingly told us, "Trust me, the van's perfect, you don't need to test drive it," while simultaneously expecting us to part with \xa320,000. To ask a disabled customer to purchase a specialised, high-value vehicle without even being allowed to test the lift or drive it is an outrageously unsafe and irresponsible demand. Misrepresented Vehicle Condition: The van had significantly more cosmetic damage than was shown or described to us. Rushed Out: The employee told us he had another customer arriving and that if we were still interested in buying, we would have to come back on another day. In summary, this was a massive waste of time, fuel, and money. This company failed to honour our agreement, displayed shocking unprofessionalism, and demonstrated a profound lack of respect and care for customers needing specialised vehicles. Avoid this company at all costs.
