I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealer to be extremely cautious based on my experience. I part-exchanged my Mercedes for one of their vans and paid an additional £1,190. Shortly afterwards, I discovered the van had serious faults, including what I believe was a fraudulent MOT, with defects that should never have passed an MOT inspection. After raising the issues, the dealer agreed to take the van back. However, instead of resolving the situation properly, they returned my Mercedes and claimed they had repaired it, while only giving me a partial refund. Unfortunately, the Mercedes was returned with another MOT that I believe was also not carried out correctly. The vehicle has a serious airbag fault, which is a major safety defect and should have been identified. When I arranged for the vehicle to be diagnosed, the OBD diagnostic port had been damaged, preventing the garage from carrying out a scan. In my view, this appeared to be an attempt to prevent the fault from being discovered. The OBD port has now been repaired, and the vehicle is due to undergo a full diagnostic inspection using Mercedes-Benz XENTRY equipment. If, as expected, the scan confirms the airbag fault existed when the vehicle was returned to me, it will support my belief that the vehicle was supplied with a serious safety defect despite having a valid MOT. I am now pursuing legal action and have retained all of my evidence, including invoices, inspection reports, diagnostic records and photographs. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope no one else has to go through the stress, inconvenience and financial loss that I have experienced.
Really poor. The customer service is abysmal!! I bought a van from this dealership which included a 3 month warranty. The 12v charger didn’t work and the indicator was only working intermittently. After discovering this they asked me to take the van to them so their mechanic could have a look. Apparently he couldn’t find any issues. I perused this and was advised to take it to a local garage and they would pay for said works. I did, I sent the invoice, chased them over and over and have had ZERO response. I have also had to pay to get the VC5 document as they sent a photocopy to the DVLA which they don’t accept. I might as well have bought elsewhere and saved myself some money.
