They deliver the vehicle (free within 100 miles) - saved me a great deal of time and hassle. Their representative was unfailingly polite, correct, and helpful in answering my questions. Queries were resolved speedily and without fuss. Rectification work (such as there was) was also handled very expeditiously. Final delivery was also prompt and helpful (it's been a long time since I previously purchased a vehicle!). A good experience overall.
