Welcome was good, especially as they were very busy. We had not booked an appointment (an absolute must) but they really tried hard to accommodate us. We came back the following day. Joe was allocated to us. Test drove the car. Wasn't right for me, however we would purchase a car from Prestige Cars Kent if what we were looking for came available. Sales pitch quite hard to take on board, but the options to have different levels of support included in addition to the purchase was good.
I recently visited Prestige Cars Kent and dealt with Sam Sims while looking at a Jeep Wrangler. From the moment I arrived, Sam was welcoming, friendly and easy to talk to. We went out for a test drive and he took the time to explain the vehicle properly without any pressure. He knew the car inside out and was happy to answer every question I had. He also talked me through the different finance, service and part exchange options in a clear and straightforward way. What stood out most was that I felt Sam was genuinely trying to help in finding the best option rather than simply trying to make a sale. That made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Although I have decided not to buy the Wrangler at this time, Prestige Cars Kent will definitely be one of the first places I look when I change my car next year. Their selection of vehicles is excellent, the cars are presented to a very high standard, and their finance rates were noticeably more competitive than several other dealers I looked at. I was helped by four smiling people at Prestige - Jack, Lily, Ryan and Abby - who were all very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. The car was provided with a new MOT and service, and was in almost mint condition. The team provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend them and Prestige Cars Kent to anyone.
Dear Prestige car Kent, In response to your email today. I phone the service on 12/6 at 10:30 and spoke to Cheryl was confirmed the black Mercedes EQC was still available and she took a £99 deposit from me which was refunded after the car was sold to another custumer. Cheryl arranged the viewing of the vehicule on 13/6 at 10:00 am and she confirmed this via my email. I arrived 30 minutes early and was seen at 10:00 by Alex.
We wanted to purchase an Audi Q3 from this dealership at the end of May. We came to view it and paid a deposit (£500) at that point to confirm we wanted to go ahead with the sale. We then received an email from Abbey at Prestige cars, asking for the balance for the vehicle. We asked whether we should sign a contract first and she said no. We subsequently sent the £20k payment to them, and they shared a contract. The contract asked us to confirm whether the car had any bad history, for example having been written off in the past. We queried this with our sales rep, Connor, who just said “respond to all”. Obviously this made us very uncomfortable. There was then an issue with the contract online and we asked Abbey to resend it. We received no response from Abbey, and an out of office from Connor. A week and a half went by, with the sales team avoiding our calls, WhatsApp’s and emails. We finally got through to Harry who told us there was an issue with the car and there would need to be repairs done. We decided to back out of the sale as we were really concerned at this point. Harry assured us he would refund our £20k with the money back in our account in a few days. A week goes by with no refund, with the sales team avoiding our calls and WhatsApp’s again. We could only get through to the call centre who told us they were busy every time we called. Finally when we said we would raise a formal complaint to Connor on WhatsApp, we received the refund. Sending a business £20k only to be ghosted for over a week on 2 separate occasions was an awful experience. The whole thing caused us so much distress and we were not offered any compensation. I would not recommend working with this dealership.
