Rang the showroom to enquire about an E Class I saw online. Spoke to Teo who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Viewed the car and decided it was the one for me. They were extremely friendly and there was no pressure at all from any of the lads in the showroom; made us feel extremely comfortable at every stage of the sale. I picked it up a week later after it had been buffed and polished and it looked brand new. The cars these guys have in their showroom are exemplary in terms of cleanliness and quality. I will definitely be returning to these guys once I am due an upgrade, but for now I will enjoy the car and thank the guys at Pinnacle Cars for their outstanding service. \U0001f44d
Yesterday we purchased our first SUV, a Mercedes GLE 350d. We looked at a few different ones online and came across this one. It stood out from the rest because of its colour and condition, this was only from photos at first. We called Pinnacle cars and spoke with a Great guy called Teo. From then on and just from talking with Teo, our minds were made up to travel from South wales to Sheffield to take a closer look. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly team including Teo. He took us inside to their nice and really clean office space, sat us down and offered us a coffee. Little warm welcomes like this are highly admired especially when your made feel welcome in a nice family friendly atmosphere. I couldn\u2019t help but notice the showroom as every single car inside was looking like it was Sat in its first born place, they were all like brand new show room condition vehicles. He took us into the showroom and the car we came to see just stood out. It\u2019s was absolutely outstanding! It was in Pristine condition with not a single mark on it. This team source their own vehicles and choose themselves what they want in their showroom which shows me the pride they have in their company. They don\u2019t just sell any car, they source and sell the best vehicles possible and I wouldn\u2019t think twice in travelling another 3.5 hours to buy another vehicle from them. From start to finish they were 5*. I have to mention also, the detailers who clean and get the vehicles in a condition that you cannot fault in any sense deserve the highest of thanks. Their work by all means can\u2019t be overseen as they work so hard to get that showroom looking like it does. So thank you to Teo and the whole team, it was a pleasure buying a vehicle from such a professional group of people. Me and my husband purchased a beautiful Audi Q3 yesterday and can\u2019t even express how amazing the service was from Teo, he left us to it with the vehicle and allowed us to take our time to view and test drive it. This garage is unreal. The cars are like brand new. Both Teo and Jordan are so brilliant at what they do. How they present the company and the cars. Honestly we looked at their stock online and went to visit. The pictures don\u2019t do the cars justice. The dealership is like walking into an Aladdins cave. I would suggest if you are looking for a used car that you go there and look at their stock. They don\u2019t pester you and they are so professional. The cars are like their personal collection they are that clean and tidy. I can\u2019t thank Teo and Jordan enough for the two we brought. I recently purchased an Audi Q3 from Pinnacle Cars, the whole process went really well. Shortly after collecting the car I noticed a problem with it, messaged the team to advise that I would be calling in the next morning to resolve the issue (it was a Sunday when I messaged, after closing time) I received a message straight back that evening! Took the car back, explained the issue, the guys sorted the issue, no problems, no excuses, no fuss, just sorted, picked it back up, brilliant. The service I was given was 1st class, I will visit these guys next time I am in the market! Thanks!
