I recently purchased an Audi Q3 from Pinnacle Cars, the whole process went really well. Shortly after collecting the car I noticed a problem with it, messaged the team to advise that I would be calling in the next morning to resolve the issue (it was a Sunday when I messaged, after closing time) I received a message straight back that evening! Took the car back, explained the issue, the guys sorted the issue, no problems, no excuses, no fuss, just sorted, picked it back up, brilliant. The service I was given was 1st class, I will visit these guys next time I am in the market! Thanks!

I couldn’t recommend pinnacle cars enough, having read reviews on this place, they truly deserve the great reviews they do get. I purchased the car online without actually going to see it in person which I was a bit apprehensive about, but the photos and description was spot on and any questions I had were quickly answered by Teo, and speaking of Teo, what a top bloke, was really helpful every step of the way and even delivered the car to my house in south wales as I was part exchanging my car. Very happy customer and would highly recommend pinnacle cars. A pleasure to deal with.

110% recommend this place. Teo and Jordan have got their business model spot on! I picked up my Mercedes C250D estate today having done everything online and driven 6 hours. The cars prep was absolutely incredible it was prestine. I've bought many cars both main dealer and independents, and this was by far my best experience. Absolutely no sales nonsense or crap chit chat it was a chilled nice personable process. I also had a good honest part exchange price on my Mercedes CLA... Thanks Teo keep up the excellent work fellas 👏👍

Can’t begin to thank the team at Pinnacle enough for their help! From start to finish, the service has been next level. We purchased a Mercedes A Class from here back in October, we were able to reserve the car by leaving a deposit which was great as we were travelling over from Manchester. The car was in pristine condition upon viewing - immediately knew I wanted it! Teo and Jordan were both really helpful throughout the process and handled the sale perfectly with no pressure. We came across a minor issue a week or so later - Jordan again, was extremely helpful and arranged a courtesy car to be delivered whilst they took the car to be repaired. His communication was excellent, always kept us updated with what was going on and made us feel super relaxed and reassured. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! After years of bad experiences with other dealers, it’s so refreshing to finally come across a team so honest, helpful and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you guys again for everything!

I honestly think this has been the most positive car purchasing experience I've ever had. Many thanks to Jordan who did everything to ensure that it was worth travelling from Northumberland to purchase this really nice Mercedes A Class. After the phone call I felt fully informed and reassured so I reserved the car. It was immediately removed from the website while they held it for me. The car was ready to view, test drive and drive away within a couple days of my initial phone call. The car was absolutely sparkling when I arrived. It was evident that Pinnacle ensure that the cars they are selling are in great condition. I got the impression that they genuinely want you to be very happy with your purchase. I've never had this this level of customer service from a used car dealer. I've had the car for three weeks now and absolutely love it. Thank you Jordan!

Honestly the easiest car purchase ever! Colin was so helpful and easy to deal with and a all round nice fella. His work colleague was also very welcoming. We have only had the car for a few hours so we can't comment on the car but the process to buying it has been faultless. Thank you to Colin and pinnacle cars. P.s. fingers crossed for a win today at the football 🤣
