These guys were great from start to finish. I first met jordan on arrival who was busy with a customer and he just said take a look around. He came in the show room when he'd finished asked what I was interested in and just gave me the keys with no hesitation and no pressure of buying. I made my decision and he let me take it for a test drive on my own. Got back he made us a brew (very good brew) went through a few things, gave me a very good p/x against my car and shook hands. Deal done, very easy and stress free. Collected car the week after which looked brand new and after a couple of days had a battery problem. Jordan told me to go to halfords get a new one and the money was in my bank 10mins after. Unbelievable service and will 100% be returning when the wife is ready for an upgrade. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Our experience of buying a car from Pinnacle motors has been outstanding from start to finish. When viewing the car, we were left to fully look around the car, start it up and then take for a test drive with zero pressure. Alex and Jordan have even arranged for a new parcel shelf for the car to be delivered directly to our house as the cars original was missing. When reaching out to Pinnacle after a couple of days for help with a minor issue with the cars back window, they sorted the issues straight away and literally could not have done anymore to help and sort the issue out, which was sorted on the same day. You have restored my faith in genuinely good people selling cars and sorting out problems straight away. I would completely recommend you to anyone wanting to buy a car. Thank you again!

I bought my Mercedes Citan van from Pinnacle Cars in 2023. The van has been my daily work vehicle and been great. I took out the extended platinum warranty and had a couple of issues early on which were resolved and sorted with a loan vehicle provided. Thanks to Teo & Jordan for the lovely service.
