Had a call to organise my MOT and Service today and the booking team did a fantastic job in getting everything sorted quickly and concisely, I spoke with Jess in the Booking department and she was very patient, kind, and provided great customer service for me today, I hope this is communicated across that she did a wonderful job, excellent customer service!
I am deeply disappointed that I have had to return this new car twice within 12 weeks of purchase for 2 different faults, only to be told-awe don’t worry about it by your lead technician, this is not a response I expect from your staff or from a brand new car or a technician I expect better. This car is not fit for purpose and I am being fobbed off with no concern. If there is one more issue with this car you can be prepared to take it back, I don’t want a car that has constant faults also I don’t have the time to keep returning to the garage. Please get in touch with a solution.
Couldn't recommend the team at Amersham Audi highly enough, particularly Steve Jakeman. Steve went above and beyond, as always. The main reason we continue to travel over 2 hours to the dealership despite having one 10 minutes from our door ( in Eastbourne, who exceptionally poor). Thank you for continuing to look after us Steve.
The team at Milton Keynes Audi have been helpful every step of the way, keeping me fully updated throughout the entire process. Sajeedah and Moazin were my initial points of contact and sold me the car; I chose to buy from them purely because of their brilliant customer service and 'can-do' attitude. My wife purchased a Mercedes C300e six months ago, and while we have been pleased with the car itself, our experience with the after-sales service has been very disappointing. Recently, the car sustained a minor scratch after being hit by another vehicle. As the car is still relatively new, we wanted to arrange for the repair through the dealership. We contacted the salesperson who assisted us with the purchase, and although he promised to get back to us, we never received any follow-up. We also contacted the Lakeside dealership directly and were assured that someone would call us, but unfortunately we are still waiting to hear from anyone. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through. A premium brand like Mercedes-Benz should provide a much higher standard of customer service, especially after the sale has been completed. This is my second brand-new Mercedes, and while I appreciate the quality of the vehicles, my experiences with after-sales support have left me very disappointed. I hope Mercedes-Benz will take customer service more seriously and improve the support provided to existing customers.
