Took our cayenne in for a recall We owned the car for 4 years never a issue after the recall we drove home Left the car in garage for a week Got it out to use it after 6 mile drive engine light came on asked these at Porsche centre to help out, they said bring it in on Tuesday I emailed as they never gave me a time - they have never replied to my email to this day (approx 3 weeks) Called this week after a long wait for a reply to speak to a manager was told he will call me, guess what Blanked again Having to go through car ombudsmen now Porsche recall = Ruin your car - Then want money to sort it out Shocking Wish I had never had this emission recall done Once the car gets sorted out Not sure how I am going to do this I Will never buy a Porsche again Porsche customer services exactly the same carry on Don’t reply to emails Don’t call back after been told they will Better service from ford for my transit connect Shame on your Porsche service Appalling carry on Can’t carry out a ecu update correctly Absolutely disgusted By this carry on No need for it
Booked my Porsche 911 Carrera in for a service with Porsche Centre Wolverhampton. ( I have had my 911 serviced two years ago at this Porsche centre and been very pleased) Pavandeep was very personable, helpful and efficient and is a real asset to the dealership.
