I strongly do not recommend this dealer. They asked me to come and we negotiated the price beforehand. However, after a long journey and difficulty finding the location, the experience was very disappointing. First, they did not allow me to test drive the car. The vehicle description also failed to mention that the engine was very noisy. In addition, the car had significant damage to the rear, and the windscreen wiper was not working. The salesman was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. He did not treat us politely or show any respect as potential customers. They also advertised a warranty, but it is not provided by their own company. Instead, it is a third-party warranty with cover only up to \xa3250, which is very limited and not comparable to well-known warranty providers. Overall, this was a complete waste of time, money, and a long journey. Please avoid this dealer and look elsewhere if you want honest descriptions and good customer service. \u2014 Mr Patel
Would give it a 0 if I could absolutely waste of time. Went to go see a car they did not add any of the damages on the picture went to go check the car out and had damage in the front end near the fog lights and also damage on the passenger side (big scrape and dent). Would not recommend
Very pleased with the whole process of buying a car from Northwest car group . From seeing the advert and contacting them. They held the car for me with refundable deposit. Traveled over and did a test drive and bought the car. A 12 month MOT and warranty came with the car. I'm Very pleased with my purchase.
