DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY \u2014 ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. This is without question one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. From start to finish it was nothing but lies, excuses, incompetence, and complete disregard for the customer. I was left waiting FOUR MONTHS for a refund that they had no justification for withholding. During that time, due entirely to their failures, I received three parking fines. Every attempt to resolve the situation was met with more empty promises and misinformation. They had no intention of refunding me whatsoever. It became so unacceptable that my bank had to intervene and force a chargeback \u2014 something that only happens when a company refuses to act properly. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. This whole ordeal was stressful, draining, and infuriating. I am genuinely appalled by how this company operates. The thought of someone vulnerable, elderly, or already struggling being subjected to this level of mistreatment honestly makes me feel sick. I\u2019m done wasting another second on this disgrace of a business. Please take this review seriously and stay well away. Save yourself the stress, the anger, and the inevitable regret.
I travelled 64 miles round trip to view and test drive a Nissan X-Trail advertised for \xa38,000. While the exterior looked acceptable (minor scuffs as expected), the interior condition was appalling. There was mould on every seatbelt, the visors, and the back seats, making it a serious health hazard. During the test drive, my friend was even covered in mould from the seatbelt. The salesperson tried to justify it, claiming this happens sometimes due to weather changes or that the car had not been valeted yet. Anyone with knowledge of mould knows this is caused by leaks or prolonged damp conditions, not normal weather, and the explanation was unacceptable. I\u2019m glad I saw the car before any valeting, as the condition could have been hidden and returned after purchase. If you were told this was a breakers yard rather than a dealership, you would believe it. Photos cannot capture the extent of the mould. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership.

I purchase a vehicle from this dealer in 2025. The vehicle has been riddled with faults which the dealer is unwilling to even offer a review or chargeable repair. The reputation of this dealer is suspect. They are great at sales and awful at aftercare. The warranties they sell do not seem to cover anything at all. I would be highly unlikely to purchase from them in the future. When I have queried assistance, I have been fobbed off and sent elsewhere, but when recently presented for this year's MOT 8 months after I purchased, the garage I took it to have suggested that there is evidence of poor prior repairs and that I should take it back to the dealer who sold it. They have been aggressive in their replies and I can only see this ending up at court.
Visited Kirkham PX centre today to purchase a car. We went prepared for the hard sell, what we weren\u2019t prepared for was the , \u2018 I don\u2019t think that cars right for you. Keep looking\u2019 advice from Manny. We went on a test drive, loved the car but still no pressure to buy. When we decided it was the right car, there was still no pressure to actually go ahead with the purchase! When we decided we were definitely going ahead with the sale, Manny and the owner went out of their way to ensure the sale went through easily. I have no hesitation recommending Kirkham PX to anyone. The prices are competitive and the sales and mechanics staff are amazing! Thank you for a \u2018no pressure\u2019 visit. PLEASE NOTE!!!!! If buying a car from here or anywhere, take someone who knows about cars with you and get the car checked out! I was stung with a massive MOT bill 5 months later- I hadn\u2019t done enough mileage to cause the faults. Kirkham have ignored my letters to them. PLEASE TAKE CARE!
